Day 2

It's day 2. Rest day in terms of workout but me and the hubby did do a reasonable amount of walking.

Breakfast was eggs, spinach, feta, tomatoes and seeds.


Lunch was a Leon chilli chicken salad.

Dinner was salmon and salad.

We're at the cinema now and I've got a small bag of popcorn and a diet Pepsi. Not too bad.

Haven't felt deprived or hungry by any means.
